7 Components Every Sales Page Should Have

Does the thought of writing a sales page put you into overwhelm mode?

Do you worry that you are going to leave out a critical section that will result in fewer people signing up for your program?

Don’t worry. I’ve got you covered.

Today I am going to share the 7 components every sales page should have.

1. Headline

Your sales page should start with a headline that speaks to the results your program will deliver. Make your headline even stronger by countering the main objection your audience has. You can do this by using the word “without” at the end of the headline, and then add their main objection such as “starving yourself” or “going broke” or “spending hours in the kitchen.”

2. Why this program works

When it comes to reaching our health and wellness goals, most of us have tried lots of things before. It is important to share why your program is different and why it works when other programs, books, or strategies haven’t.

3. Results

When people choose to enroll in your program, they will be motivated by the results they will experience during the program. Include a list of what results they can expect to achieve and make sure these are the ones your audience cares about.

4. Success Stories

Providing success stories, or testimonials, from past participants or private coaching clients gives what is called “social proof.” Potential participants will be much more motivated to enroll when they read about the results other clients have achieved through working with you.

5. What’s included

This is the section where you list the features of the program. This might include calls with you, materials, email support, private forum, etc.

While people make decisions mainly based on the results they will achieve, they also want to know the nitty gritty of exactly what they will receive.

6. Start date

It seems obvious, but you certainly don’t want to forget to include the start date of your program. If your program doesn’t have a start date, because it’s a home study program, be sure to make it clear that they can start at any time.

7. Pricing and Register Buttons

List the pricing, including any special Early Bird pricing or payment options. And, of course, include register buttons (or links) throughout the page.
